Ingredients (for 2 persons)

  • 2x 45 ml espresso
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 chocolate eggs

Preparation

  • Beat the egg yolks and condensed milk together until foamy.
  • Put the chocolate eggs in the prewarmed espresso glasses.
  • Place the espresso glasses under the coffee spout and prepare the espressi over the chocolate eggs.
  • Then add the foamy mixture to the espressi.
